玉山青年學者范銘彥助理教授第一期第4年績效成果
活動簡介
《2025 Analog IC Workshop》於 2025 年 9 月 13–14 日在日月潭涵碧樓成功舉辦,吸引國際與國內學術界及產業界的專家學者參與。活動首先由廖育德教授與范銘彥教授共同主持開幕,接續由 NVIDIA 處長黃逸傑帶來主題演講,分享人工智慧資料中心中的高速互連設計前沿技術。隨後,林群祐副教授發表高速及高頻應用中的低電容 ESD 保護設計,深入探討 FinFET 製程下的挑戰與解決方案。
第二日,范銘彥助理教授則針對 xPU 架構提出快速瞬態響應混合式電源轉換器的創新研究。最受矚目的產學論壇由 MediaTek 許雲翔處長主持,邀集聯發科、奇景光電、瑞昱半導體及成大特聘教授共同與談,聚焦「研究如何與產業接軌」,探討從晶片設計到應用實現的合作模式。
本次研討會不僅提供最新技術分享的平台,也促進與會者之間的深入交流,建立跨領域合作契機,強化國內外在類比 IC 領域的影響力與競爭優勢,達成計畫推動學術創新與產業連結的目標。
The 2025 Analog IC Workshop was successfully held on September 13–14, 2025, at Sun Moon Lake, gathering distinguished experts from both academia and industry. The program began with an opening session chaired by Prof. Yu-De Liao and Prof. Philex Fan, followed by a keynote from NVIDIA Director Yi-Chieh Huang on cutting-edge high-speed interconnects for AI data centers. Prof. Chun-Yu Lin then presented his invited talk on low-capacitance ESD protection design for high-speed and high-frequency applications, addressing critical challenges in FinFET technologies.
On the second day, Prof. Philex Fan delivered insights into fast-transient response hybrid power converters for xPU architectures. The highlight was the panel discussion on “Bridging Research and Industry,” moderated by MediaTek’s Director Yun-Hsiang Hsu, featuring panelists from MediaTek, Himax, Realtek, and National Cheng Kung University. Discussions emphasized pathways for research translation, collaboration mechanisms, and future directions for analog IC development.
Overall, the workshop provided a valuable platform for sharing the latest advances, fostering interdisciplinary exchange, and building stronger ties between academia and industry. It significantly enhanced collaboration opportunities, reinforced Taiwan’s competitiveness in analog IC research, and aligned with the project’s mission to promote academic innovation and industrial impact.
