Regarding the application process for the Yushan Fellow Program in 2023, the schools please download the application below.

(1) Submit the official application document to the Ministry of Education and a copy to the Higher Education Evaluation and Accreditation Council of Taiwan.

(2) Schools are required to complete and upload the project proposal through the management and examination platform (https://yushan.project.edu.tw/TopTalent_Auth/Account/Login). Paper and electronic copies can be downloaded from the "Related Attachments" section below.

(3) Written materials: Please submit one application list and ten copies of the written project proposal, which should be bound together in one volume, including both Chinese and English versions.

Please send the above-written materials to the Higher Education Evaluation and Accreditation Council of Taiwan (7F, No. 179, Sec. 1, Heping E. Rd., Da’an Dist., Taipei City 106, Yushan Scholar Program) no later than April 10th, 2023 (Monday).
