The first round of applications for the 2026 Yushan Fellow Program has officially begun. Please ensure all required documents are submitted before the deadline.

Application Guidelines for Host Institutions

1. Submission of Official Documents

Host institutions must submit official applications to the Ministry of Education, with a copy sent to the Higher Education Evaluation and Accreditation Council of Taiwan (HEEACT). 

2. Online Submission

Institutions are required to complete and upload their project proposals via the Yushan Fellow Program online platform: (https://yushan.project.edu.tw/TopTalent_Auth/Account/Login). Paper and electronic forms are available for download under the "File Download- Application Forms" section.

3. Written Materials

Please prepare one application list and ten printed copies of the project proposal (including both Chinese and English versions), bound together in a single volume.

All hard copies must be delivered no later than April 24th, 2026, by 5:00 p.m. to the following address:
