The second round of applications for the 2025 Yushan Fellow Program has officially begun. Please be sure to submit all required documents before the deadline.

Application Guidelines for Host Institutions:

1. Submission of Official Documents 

Host institutions must submit the official application to the Ministry of Education and copy to the Higher Education Evaluation and Accreditation Council of Taiwan (HEEACT).

2. Online Submission 

Institutions are required to complete and upload the project proposal via the Yushan Fellow Program online platform: (https://yushan.project.edu.tw/TopTalent_Auth/Account/Login)Paper and electronic forms can be downloaded from the “File Download-Application Forms” section below.

3. Written Materials

Please prepare one application list and ten printed copies of the project proposal (including both Chinese and English versions), bound together in one volume.

All hard copies should be sent to the following address no later than September 5, 2025 before 5 p.m. Higher Education Evaluation and Accreditation Council of Taiwan 7F, No. 179, Sec. 1, Heping E.
