活動簡介

成立「永續空間發展研究室」，聚焦韌性環境與社會治理。榮獲國科會2030跨世代年輕學者方案新秀學者及成大長虹青年傑出學者殊榮。深化跨國合作，推動IN-CORE平臺與氣候移民研究，成功延攬博士級研究人員，厚植學術研究與人才培育。

Established the Sustainable Spatial Development Lab (SSDL), focusing on resilient environment and social governance. Awarded the NSTC 2030 Cross-Generation Young Scholars Program - Emerging Young Scholar and the NCKU Chong Hong Outstanding Young Scholar. Deepened international collaborations, advanced IN-CORE application and climate migration research, and successfully recruited a postdoctoral researcher.

一、學術研究與組織建構：

計畫執行第一年展現研發能量。學術發表方面，完成4篇SSCI期刊論文、4篇國際研討會論文、及2份技術報告。在組織營運上，正式成立「永續空間發展研究室」，並完成研究室網站建置與成果上架，穩固研究運作模式。

二、國際合作與實質鏈結：

積極拓展國際網絡，與美國及日本學者緊密合作。具體成果包括:

執行涵蓋臺灣、日本、土耳其的跨國社區韌性計畫；於IN-CORE平臺完成臺南示範區淹水災害建物損壞評估；並與合作夥伴針對氣候移民議題，及臺北社子島、臺南九份子案例進行共同研究，顯著提升國際學術能見度。

三、人才培育與榮譽肯定：

在教學與人才引進方面，開設多門EMI課程，並獲國科會補助延攬一名博士級研究人員。主持人並獲選「國科會2030跨世代年輕學者方案新秀學者」及「國立成功大學第二屆長虹青年傑出學者」，展現本計畫在學術創新與人才培育上的具體貢獻。

1. Academic Research and Organizational Development:

The first year of the project demonstrated strong research and development momentum. In terms of academic publications, the team completed 4 SSCI journal articles, 4 international conference papers, and 2 technical reports. Regarding organizational development, the Sustainable Spatial Development Lab was formally established, with its website launched.

2. International Collaboration:

The project expanded its international network and collaborated closely with scholars from the United States and Japan. Specific achievements include: proposing a transnational community resilience project covering Taiwan, Japan, and Turkey; facilitating building damage assessments for flood disasters in Tainan using the IN-CORE application; and conducting collaborative research on climate migration and case studies of Shezidao (Taipei) and Jiufenzi (Tainan).

3. Talent Cultivation and Honors:

Several EMI courses were offered, and an NSTC grant was secured to recruit a postdoctoral researcher. Furthermore, the Principal Investigator was awarded the “NSTC 2030 Cross-Generation Young Scholars Program - Emerging Young Scholar” and the “2^nd NCKU Chong Hong Outstanding Young Scholar.”
